Blackjack Etiquette
Blackjack is just like any other human activity: it has certain etiquette and rituals related to it.
If you want to be a spectator, that's fine, but watch from a reasonable distance and don't interfere with the players' ability to concentrate.
If you don't know the rules, play at a table with no other players if you can find one, and learn by yourself. It's important not to hold up the game for any reason.
Tip the dealer from time to time, especially if you're winning. One "cool" way to tip the dealer is by placing a bet on his behalf. To do this, just place an additional bet outside your betting circle, in the dealer's direction.
If the cards are dealt face up, don't touch them. You're only allowed to touch the cards if you're playing in a face-down game.
Don't drink at the table unless you can avoid spilling it. Don't get drunk or order drinks while people are waiting for you to play, either.
Don't talk excessively. Most people are there to play, not chat. Especially don't tell other players how to play or correct their mistakes. Don’t bother the dealer or other players with questions.
Most of your blackjack decisions are communicated to the dealer via hand signals. The hand signals differ when you're playing a face up game versus a face down game.
Face Up Game
Pointing at your cards means that you want to hit. Standing - wave your hand over your cards, with your hand parallel to the table. Placing an additional bet to the original bet means that you want to split or to double. Never place the bet on the original one if you want to split or to double.
Face Down Game
If you want to hit just scrape the table with your hand, but try to do it as light as possible. Placing cards under the bet means that you need no more cards and want to stand. Turning your cards face up and placing an additional bet next to the original bet means that you want to split or to double.

Bad Blackjack Systems
If you really want to win at the game of Blackjack never use the following strategies.
Playing as the dealer does
Lots of players think that they will get the same advantage as the house if they play as the dealer does. They forget that the dealer is forced by casino rules to stand on 17, and is not allowed to double or split. And the player's 21 will never beat the dealer's natural Blackjack.
Assuming a 10 value hole-card
This is a tempting mistake to make, since there are several 10 valued cards in the deck (10's, Jacks, Queens and Kings). In fact the statistical chance of the Hole card being a 10 valued one is below 50%. So, you will be mistaken if assuming a 10-valued hole card.
"The No Bust Strategy"
You are mistaken if you believe that this strategy can really work and there is an explanation for it. The idea of the strategy is that you will refuse to take a card whether or not you have a chance of busting. Usually though it means never hitting with a hard 12 or greater. Go the "no bust strategy" route means that your only hope is for the dealer to bust - basically wishing on a star and not making meaningful decisions that the mathematical odds say will quite likely help you to win.
Playing by intuition or guesswork
When playing the game of Blackjack you will need not only luck, but also some skill and experience. So, if you wish to win at Blackjack the worst thing you can do is to follow your intuition or play on hunches. You can apply this strategy to some lottery or a game of a pure chance, but never to the game of Blackjack. This strategy will make no good as it will only increase the house edge and decrease your chances of winning greatly. The Blackjack table is in the shape of a semi-circle, usually with padded edges and space for five up to seven seated players to lean on as they play. Some tables actually seat only five or six players. The dealer stands in the middle of the flat edge, opposite the players. In front of him you'll see the chip rack, which is a tray of chips differently colored, and each color represent a particular dollar value or denomination. In front of the dealer is also a spot for him to place his cards. In a semi-circle, the players have their spot to lay down their bets, and in front of every seat is a white square box where the dealer lays the players cards. Moreover there is an area with some specific rules on the Blackjack table. Another thing to count for when playing Blackjack in a casino is to look for what type of Blackjack is played at the table you choose. In most of the casinos a multi-deck game is played, usually called shoe game (normally containing 4,6 or 8 decks of cards), because the cards are dealt from a rectangular wedge-shaped holder called 'shoe'. If you lucky you nay find a casino in which the game is played with two or even one deck. Every player, whether he's playing online or in a casino he should know what is about and how the game works. Off course this includes knowing the number of decks being used, how they're being dealt, house specific rules that you should be aware of (for example whether or not the player can touch the cards) and last but not least important, the specific betting limits for the table.
